The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company's Management Committee and Vladimir Filat, Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.

The parties reviewed the progress in collaboration on determining the parameters of a new gas supply contract. It was noted that the further discussion would be based on Moldovan proposals regarding Gazprom's participation in the investment projects in the Republic of Moldova.

Moldovagaz was established in 1999. Gazprom controls a 50% stake in Moldovagaz. The remaining shares are owned by the Government of the Republic of Moldova (35.3%), the Cabinet of Ministers of Transdnestr region (13.44 per cent) and individuals (1.23%).

It allows to completely eliminate all bilateral claims – on the one hand, claims about different coefficients, on the other hand – about the payments”, – Igor Sechin commented, while answering to the journalists, whether the parties had succeeded in solving the problems, related to oil deliveries to China.

“A market solution, which reflects the current market parameters, has been found. It hasn’t provoked a conflict, it is a civilized solution”, – noted the Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

The Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft has approved an amendment agreement to increase the amount of its USD 600 million Club Term Loan Facility signed in April 2011 to USD 870 million. Original terms of the Facility remain unchanged.

The agreement on the increase was reached with a group of banks in August. The increase was achieved by both the increase of commitments of the existing lenders and by accession of a new lender Nordea. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
