The Carlyle group, one of the largest venture capital companies in the world, has announced in Brazil the acquisition of the 85% of Ri Happy’s shares, the largest toy store chain in the country.Carlyle has not announced the price of the acquisition of the shares.

Ri Happy was founded in 1988 by Ricardo Sayon and Roberto Saba and it has become the largest toy story chain in Brazil thanks to alliances with national and international manufacturers and supplying a wide range of inexpensive products.
